Contact

One inbox, checked by a real person. Below: what to send, and what we cannot sort out for you.

Send us an email

Our address is support@alin.or.ke. Every message is read by a person, and you will get the answer from that same address.

Good reasons to write: a figure on a page that seems off (please paste the link), a page that does not load, a question about how we build a prediction, or a request about your data.

Things we cannot fix: anything in your account with a bookmaker — M-Pesa deposits, withdrawals, how a bet was settled, bonus terms. Only the bookmaker can deal with those. We also do not give personal betting tips.

Want to work with us, or have an article you would like to see on Alin? Send your collaboration idea or content proposal to the same inbox — a few lines about you and the idea will do.

The things you may have wanted to ask

You can already find most answers elsewhere on the site.

  • “Where does this number come from?” — See Methodology, plus the equations behind it on the mathematics page.
  • “How often is it right?” — Go to Accuracy for the sample, the misses, and the items we have chosen not to publish yet.
  • “Why is there no prediction for my club’s match?” — It is probably outside our coverage or not yet inside the publication window; the competitions page shows the full coverage list, and a fixture page appears no more than 7 days before kick-off for a league match (21 for a cup tie, 60 for a national-team game, and as soon as the draw is made for a tournament).
  • “A page I had bookmarked is gone.” — Match pages are removed 14 days after the final whistle. The site index shows everything currently live.
  • “Is this betting advice?” — No. The Terms state that clearly, and responsible gambling explains why it matters.
