Terms for using this site
These terms apply when you use Alin (the “Site”). If you use the Site, you agree to them. If you disagree, please do not continue using it.
1. Information only, not advice
What you see here — probabilities, stats, tables and the words explaining them — is for general information and entertainment. The Site does not provide betting, financial, investment, legal or any other professional advice. Nothing here should be treated as a recommendation to bet, or as a promise about how any match will end.
2. Accuracy is not promised
Predictions are estimates from a statistical model using data that is not perfect. Football is unpredictable, so some predictions will be wrong; that is part of this work, not a fault. The Site is offered “as is”, without any warranty that any prediction, price, statistic or other content is accurate, complete, current or available. Any prices shown are the best ones we recorded at the latest update and may have moved already.
3. Age and eligibility
The Site includes gambling-related content. It is meant only for people aged 18 or over — or above that, if the legal age where you are is higher. You must know whether gambling is legal in your location. The Site is not aimed at, and should not be used in, places where this type of content is not allowed.
4. Bookmaker links and payment
The Site includes affiliate links to bookmakers. If you follow one, it goes through a redirect that we operate before taking you to a third party; if you open an account, we may receive payment. We do not control those third parties. Their odds, terms, promotions, checks and behaviour are their own responsibility, and any account or bet you make with them is between you and them. We do not take deposits, keep funds or place bets.
5. Acceptable use
You may read the Site, link to it and quote it if you give attribution. You may not scrape or copy it in bulk, publish it again as if it were yours, pass our numbers off as results from another model, or use the Site in a way that disrupts how it works or how other readers use it.
6. Content and data
The Site’s operator owns the model, writing, layout and presentation of the Site. The sports data behind it — fixtures, results, match stats and odds — is supplied by third-party data providers and remains covered by their rights and terms. Club names, competition names and any marks shown belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.
7. Availability and updates
The Site is made up of static pages rebuilt on a schedule. It can be unavailable, unfinished or out of date at any time. Pages may also be added, edited or removed without notice — especially match pages, which are published in a rolling window and taken down after they are no longer inside it.
8. Liability limits
As far as the law permits, the Site’s operator is not responsible for any loss or damage linked to your use of the Site or reliance on its content. This includes gambling losses, lost profits, and losses caused by a prediction, price or statistic being wrong, old or unavailable.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms can be updated. The version shown on this page is the version that applies. If you keep using the Site after a change, that means you accept the change.
This page intentionally does not name a governing law or court. Naming one would assert a jurisdiction that is not stated anywhere else on this site, and we will not put something here that we have not said anywhere we could be held to.
